We're told in canon that the voices of the planet tend to scream in agony when they're distilled down into mako...so if you want Hyth to be able to pick that up, go for it.
Cloud's also got a psychic, mimetic space virus spliced into his DNA, which...unclear whether Jenova has a soul or not, but she definitely has a presence, not sure if that would show up to soul sight. Also, if Hyth ever gets a look at Sephiroth's soul, Cloud's would have traces of it imprinted on his own, like an echo. At the very least, Hyth can tell that something about Cloud's soul/energy thinks he's part of some larger entity and there's a certain gravity to it. But that's only one part of him - the rest of his soul is bright and individual and very human.
